This Jarrow Formulas contains the active forms of three types of Vit B. Active means they don't have to be broken down and our body can utilize them immediately. Look for Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate instead of pyridoxine HCl (inactive), Methyltetrahydrofolate/Methylfolate instead of folic acid (synthetic), Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin (synthetic). I first started taking this supplement after my doctor prescribed me it bc I had so much low B12 and folic acid levels and this one 🧿 DEF helped me out like in 2 months - my memory and concentration got better and I started to feel way better than I used to (*spit 3 times*) 🧿 As much great as other vit B formulas from JF, this one is very convenient to take and have your both B12 and folic acid levels normalized. This is a great B-12 supplement to take if you have a deficiency or don't get enough from your diet. It's particularly helpful to our mood. These are Lozenges which means that they can be chewed or dissolved as easily in the mouth. The pill size is very good so you can easily keep it under your tongue. These have a lemon flavor, which is sweet and not bitter, and also it doesn't stick to the teeth or gums, leaves no residue. Great for non-meat eaters that need to balance their bodies!

The quality of the ingredients is very good, it has a slightly sweet taste and is very pleasant, it looks like a chewing candy, just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve, you don't need to take it with water. It exceeded my expectations, for having good absorption by the body.

I was looking for a folate/cobalmamine supplement in methyl form while reading the book "it starts with the eggs" and this one caught my attention for being in the perfect combination. Some people says this has a similar effect of Adderall but i havent felt any dramatic effect yet but i beleive it would slow down the gray hair growth and it tastes good.

My daughter like it so she just take is like Candy let it dissolve on her mouth, meanwhile my son doesn’t like the taste (SOLD OUT) he just chew it.

It’s probably because I’m really nutrient deficient because of depression and disordered eating, but this reacts in my body similarly to like, the cousin of a low dose of adderall. This stuff energized me to the point of restlessness, and eventually irritatiton- I was still able to go to sleep however. My anxiety or BPD might be coming into play from feeling a bodily change, so I’m gonna try taking half of one instead and seeing how that feels. I’ll edit this with an update when I do! OKAY SO AN UPDATE: Half is perfect. If you take this and it makes you feel too wired and anxious or causes you discomfort, I suggest trying to take half and seeing how it makes you feel! This contains a form of folic acid that it more absorbable (than the synthetic folic acid). I can help to improve blood vessels so that you have a proper blood flow. This is a kind of Vitamin B form and with addition of B-12 it helps to improve mood, memorization and energy levels. These tabs are small have a nice taste of lemon and there is not upset stomach whenever you take it with me. Occasionally it is normal if you see urine color being more yellow/orange due to it.

I was pleasantly surprise when I took my first dose because the taste was actually good. I have many chewable vitamin and they have all claimed to be tasty and were not. This one however is tasty and bearable. I also have been alot more energized and the days that I miss taking this vitamin I can tell that the dose was missed. This is brand is far more superior than others.

Has a good effect on the nervous system, improves concentration, increases energy in general, and also has a positive effect on hair, nails, and skin. I always take these vitamins when there is a deficiency. A good form of vitamin allows easier to digest and faster to see the effect.
