I’ve stage 4 cartilage damage in my knee. Orthopedic docs say supplements won’t help at this point. But I feel my knee feells less freaky 3 weeks into this, 2 tabs daily. Great quality MSM. I like that it has no other ingredients in it and that it is OptiMSM. I took the Now Foods MSM and I think they are exactly the same. It improved my hair loss and it also benefits my joint pain. Overall a must have alongside my other supplements!

I finally tried MSM for joint discomfort and I believe I am feeling more comfortable. I know it is too soon for hair improvement but this is one that f the ingredients that is often used. Jarrow is a good company and I have never been disappointed in their products. The size is a great value.
I have osteoarthritis in the knees and heard that MSM along with chondroitin and glucosamine are of benefit. So I take that formula. But now I have started to take a larger (safe) amount of MSM and notice an overall effect of an increase in energy. For my age this one quality ingredient has brought noticeable improvement.
