I bought this because I needed a good electrolyte for this hot summer, just so happens this one is also BCAA which is a plus. The canister is pretty cool looking I do hope the product dissolves well as I have had other BcAAand they do not dissolve well. I love to drink electrolyte drinks for energy and after exercise. I am happy they have this lemon flavor been wanting to try that flavor. This is supposed to give a burst during workout so we will see what happens
