My son and I blow up like puff balls when we eat bread or anything with sugar. Since candida thrives on these elements, it is difficult to 'be good' or eliminate them form our daily busy 'eat on the go' lives. So, we take this supplement as a regular addition to our vitamins! We are not puff balls anymore! No after taste for either of us, and we are happier now!! :-)
A bit hard to swallow due to size and obviously has a strong smell of garlic but is so effective at cleansing the gut as an antimicrobial. After taking, my gut rumbles a bit and there is a bit of gas from the sulphur but I know its doing its work. Not the most pleasant tablet to take, especially at the dose of two tablets but incredibly beneficial when doing a gut cleanse!
a good supplement, took on the advice of a nutricologist and took in a complex, there is a result. Middle-sized tablets, not flat, thick, but you can swallow, so that did not cause problems. There is a smell and taste of garlic, but this is only upon reception, and after no taste marks remain, so I took it with pleasure and without any problems
I started taking this to help aid in digestion. I've notice a great benefit after I take this after large meals. Also, I love that this doesn't smell like garlic while still providing the health benefits of garlic (antibacterial and anti-viral).
These were recommended to me by my health coach. The only thing that is a bit annoying is I find the shape of these tablets hard to swallow - I'm not sure why! the capsule ones i can swallow multiple at a time, but these ones I have to swallow with a large amount of water or they almost get stuck or don't go down. I'm keen to keep up with them and see the benefits. You can taste the garlic!
this is far the best kyolic aged garlic tablets I have taken as I have a sensitive gut so the ingredients in this brand is really gentle and cleanses the gut I would agree that it is anti-viral and antibacterial so I will continue to use.
one of the best supplements for the gut health. it has high quality ingredients. garlic and ginger are great for cleaning and reliefing the digestive system.
Amazing quality supplement! I bought previously in the smaller size but decided to opt for the larger container this time as it worked out cheaper to buy in bulk! It really helps with my digestion and bloating! Would definitely repurchase!
I love this product, I noticed before that garlic is great for yeast but I cannot eat it and go to work so this is a great option, plus it has ginger, I have feeling that it's helping with yeast and it boosts immune system in general

Amazing!!! I love this supplement so much! It is made from quality ingredients and is well packaged! It helps so much with my bloating especially after having a carb filled meal. I now take this as an alternative to my previous regular candida supplements. I will definitely be repurchasing!
