Garlic belongs to the allium family. Allium refers to a class of plants that also contains onions, shallots, leeks and shallots. It contains phytochemical substances such as allicin and organosulfur compounds. These phytochemicals (or plant compounds) are responsible for the plant's heart-healthy, immune-supporting, anti-inflammatory and nutritional properties.
apparently good for cholesterol. but i think allicin is better and proven to be the key factor. breath was not garlicy and its reasonably affordable. cant say it did anything for my brain or blood vessels. i suspect it does attack cholesterol in your blood stream. be careful as it may lower blood pressure and cause dizziness. I don’t think i would buy it again. I can not say circulation improved…nor do i believe it is measurable. I guess it has consistent effects but as a customer i can not tell. Extract appears good and garlic is good quality. Appears to control highs in blood pressure
