I thought this really tasted great! Nice and rich chocolate that's a tad silky like. That said, it has quite a fair bit of carbs to protein ratio. 24g carbs to 20g of protein. Probably good for a pre-workout to get quick boost of energy and some protein intake in since it's easier to digest in liquid form. Not so great if you're looking to cut and have restriction on carbs intake, so might be something to consider. I'm currently bulking, so it worked out great for me. The size is a tad smaller than what I expected.
Usually I take this as a shake if I am in a hurry or need it as a quick pre-workout drink. Or I add it with high protein greek yoghurt and some cacao nibs for a snack/breakfast. Quality is decent and I might get this again if it goes on sale, but probably will stick to my regular protein powder that gives me more protein per serve.
I wouldn't say this is fat burning. That said, I was on a bulk phase, and was eating at a surplus. If you're looking to lose weight, just make sure you're on a calorie deficit, rather than buy into gimmicks.
