This worked for me! It took around 3 days or so, but then my milk supply really went up. This one and 'Liquid Gold' are my two go-tos for increased supply - they're really great! (I don't use them at the same time though of course). I also don't mind the taste. It's a bit sweetish but otherwise okay. I just put 1ml in around 50ml of water usually (3-4 times a day) and it works really well. I personally think that Legendairy make great, high quality supplements. You just need to see which ones work best for you.

Started taking this herb at the recommendation of my LC and definitely noticed an increase in weight gain in my baby and increase in milk flow while nursing. The taste is fine and the dropper has multiple markings which makes taking the 1ml dose easier. I like the sustainable glass bottle and design. Overall great product!

Tastes strange, a bit like a burned sugar, but i personally like it. Exactly 1 ml (a dose according the instructions) bis a bit hard to get, the pipette gets almost every time somewhat around 0.75 ml. The bottle should be enough for around 14-20 days (depends if one uses it 3 or 4 times a day). I used it together with Pump Princess (which is another product of the same company), butnhave the feeling that this one helps even alone, and not sure about the other.

I had been trying different supplements to help boost my supply and lactivist seems to be quite effective. I take it 4 times a day. It tastes like prune juice so I don’t mind the taste
