I am using these capsules to relactate after years of being “dry.” My daughter needs to get a feeding tube and I’d like to provide her some breast milk that way. Since starting these capsules (I take about 4 per day) I’ve already noticed more fluid being released from the nipple, and the fluid is turning more white all the time. I am not using pharmaceuticals- just Liquid Gold capsules and Blessed Thistle. Package size is a little small but worth it in my opinion. Herbs smell fresh and of good quality. These herbs are also great for general health too. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DIABETICS!
I was looking for a good supplement since the last one i took was a flop. I almost gave up because my milk feels like drying out. But this one worked for me!! I take this the way the intruction says. Of course i drink tea( the one i got from my country) and the lactation cookie that i got from here too! I posted a picture! Even tho sometimes i only get to eat twice a day i just munch on those cookies and drink the supplement and my boobs still feel like they're full.
Amazing product. I’ve been using it now for 3 days and already I see an improvement with my production. The ingredients and super and very natural, I feel the quality is very high as it does exactly what it says on the bottle. The taste is a little bit herby but only as it digests. The size of the pills are easy to take so I had no problem with them. The package is very inviting and explains a lot im happy to leave them out on my desk at work for people to ask what liquid gold it. I was a bit hesitant to take any supplements as you never really know how your body will react but the quality and the results on my supply have been great. While the pills are on the larger size, they were not too too bad. I am happily with these products and plan to continue to use them. I do wish however they had a larger size bottle available!

I was before no milk at all. I’m still drinking liquid gold for almost 2 weeks and my express are double than before. With the help of hydration and pumping schedule I have enough supply of milk. As instructed, I take it 2 capsule 3 times a day with meals.
