OK, I have used other probiotic supplements and products and have felt moderate results. This product is superior. Immediate effects such as reduced hypermotility, increased energy later in day, immune system boosted. Do your homework when choosing supplements. Select products from reputable companies and laboratories. I highly suggest avoiding the "one-off" brands. With supplements, you really do "get what you pay for."

This is a very nice product. I always have issues with BM's. This eliminates most issues, but I do need to drink plenty of water.
