This is my first time trying a packet broth, I must say that it is really delicious and filling. Great for break a fast on IF without spiking the blood glucose levels

Love Lono Life bone broths. Great to enjoy sipping with your meal or alone. Also a quick protein if you’re short on your macros.

I was gonna buy again after one packet. But upon close inspection, this is a disaster. It’s like eating antibiotic grain fed chicken. Gross! Not organic nor free range so ur ingesting all its bad feed. Do not buy for the sake of your gut . ( tastes great if you don’t care )
