I buy this type of rice to use for risotto and usually it's quite an expensive ingredient. The price on this one is affordable and it's quite a large bag! The taste was nice and the quality is always great. I'll definitely purchase again. Fast shipping too, even though I'm not in the US
High quality rice with an interesting shape. Tastes rather like sushi rice, but the grains are bigger. Easy to cook like regular rice. I pressure cook it and it comes out nice and fluffy. The grains don’t stick together. A treat.
