A little grainy due to a bit of crystallisation but it doesn't bother me as I primarily use this as an ingredient in my face masks. It is a creamier than the usual liquid honey but I was expecting it to be more paste-like. Nonetheless, still tastes great and works well in my face masks. I'm not sure if I'll get it again though.
