I had purchased this product because of the healing properties it had. I'm going thru perimenapause. So, joint issues, insomnia, fatigue, inflammation and sugar levels. I mainly use it in my shakes and teas. I heard that it can be added to soups. So far in a week, I've noticed curbed appetite, joint pain has eased up, I'm actually sleeping well, I have some energy. It us extremely potent. Meaning, if u use too much, you will start to feel dizzy. So, I had to learn that a little goes a long way. I drink it twice a day (morning & night). Mornings so I can feel good as I work, ar night so that my legs and joints will be relaxed so that I can sleep. And I keeps me from snacking. Oh, drink tons of water too it keeps u regular.
