For years I have been trying different protein powders due to my extreme sensitivity to Whey. Most of the alternatives either didn't mix well or they simply just didn't taste good to me. Pea Protein came close but was still missing amino acids you benefit from Whey.
Fast forward years later, a friend of mine from the Gym introduced me to Carnivore last month. Game Changer! This product has changed my morning routine after my workouts. Zero, and I mean Zero negative side effects. It's an amazing product. I'm actually down 8 pounds in one month of using Carnivore along with the rest of my diet and workouts.
If I had to make any recommendation, I would highly suggest "Blending" with "Almond" or "Oat" Milk. I prefer Almond Milk due to lower carbs. Blending seems to solve a lot of the mixing concerns I've read on here. When blending with Almond Milk and an ice cube, the Cookies & Cream tastes more like melted ice cream to me. Can't wait to order my next one later this week. Still deciding on my next flavor.
