Well packaged, lightweight, sealed, good moisture-proof. But I feel that the pills are stuck together making it a little difficult to take. Inexpensive, suitable for purchase to try but I won't repeat the order. I haven't seen better results. Maybe it's because I've been using my eyes for a long time at the computer.
Cost more than Now Foods Lutein but it contains 40mg in total of Lutein and Zeaxathin.

Eye health is extremely important and other eye vitamins on the market do not offer the full benefit of this one. Lutein at 40mg is the best way to go.
