Nature's Way Calcium + Vit D3 is the perfect way to get my required amount of calcium citrate. With a large portion of stomach removed and osteoporosis among other medical issues it is imperative that I get this right. Calcium tablets, including chewables, are large and chalky which make them difficult to take. Nature's Way Calcium + Vit D3 is a liquid form which has a mild citrus flavor (think creamsicle yummy). It does not have to be refrigerated but I prefer it cold. This is so easy and totally painless! I highly recommend Nature's Way Calcium to friends, family and you too! 😀

This type of calcium in bottled water is very easy to eat, suitable for the elderly. Previously, the elderly at home took calcium tablets but complained that it was difficult to take and swallow because the tablets were too large.​ When you try this liquid calcium, it's much easier to eat. No problem eating again. In addition, after taking calcium, the problem of pain in the hip and knee joints was reduced as well.

I think it’s a good deal my other liquid calcium supplement is about the same size and double the price. It has more of a creamsicle flavor than citrus. The cap has a marker with the days of the week listed so you remember if you already took it, which I thought was a cool touch.

Very easy way to up your daily Calcium and Vitamins. I hate swallowing tablets so always try to find a liquid substitute. This Natures Way liquid is amazing. so easy to take and tastes really good too. Only slight complaint I have to use spoon instead of the measure cup provided as the liquid is so thick its hard to get it all out of the cup. not a hardship though, a spoon works very well. Will def continue to buy this product.
