Amazing flaxseed oil. I did not have any side effects after eating 2 pills in one go everyday. the ALA content seems to be higher than other flaxseed oil.

Pretty big size but actually still manageable to swallow, great quality ingredients, no after taste, hopefully will help to support and sort out the inflammation of my dodgy back!

Each capsule has 2.6g of flaxseed oil which is sufficient and omega of 3,6,9 . The gelatin make the capsule unsuitable for vegan takers and the rest just great. Exp date Feb 2023. Fast shipping and great packaging.
