First time buying this probiotic+prebiotic, is a good product with quality ingredient. Just that I think I will still go for other brand with lower price for long term consumption.
Can't say I feel VERY different, but it is definitely working! Slow-release is great to look for in a probiotic product. do your research before buying probiotics because some may be ineffective
