quality is good size of tablet good no smaell dosage is 5 tablet have not benefited yet I've only use 2 weeks it takes time to get results for me my hot flushes a severe and hot flushes non stop day and night if any of these products work for me then they should work for everyone I don't think k anyone has hot flushes this bad hope to get relief
