This is our go to immune support supplement. We've been using it since first introduced to it in 1996! I always have some on hand and advised my entire family to use it as well.
Ever since I read that mushroom does help in improving immunity, I have been drinking shiitake powder, good thing I found this. It does have a little aftertaste but it can go away too. so far, I think it's okay for me to use. it will take me awhile to finish the whole bottle so I will come back to update my review to see how it goes.
They were very difficult for me to swallow with water. Seemed like they got stuck in my throat, even with 2 glasses of water.
Normal size capsule, easy to take, no funny smell, good ingredient.
