The best thing about this product is that the zinc concentration is high, the amount of capsules are many, and the price is very reasonable. I recommend it and I told my friends about it
Great zinc formulation. Sometimes zinc taken on an empty stomach will cause nausea, but I have never felt nauseous after taking this. I recommend taking it if one feels like one is developing a cold (i.e., prodromal).
