its a great blend of the most important minerals. although i tried 3 at once and head a terrible nausea. so need to take 2 together and one more at a different time.

I bought this while looking for a mineral complex to feed my elementary school child. The standard is 3 capsules for adults, but only 2 capsules a day for children. If it is 2 capsules, I think it is suitable for the intake standards of the Korean Nutrition Society by age, so I would like to feed it with confidence. For reference, the amount of ingredients per 2 capsules is free of iron and copper, and is calcium 100mg magnesium 100mg iodine 150mcg zinc 5.5mg selenium 27mcg manganese 1.2mg chromium 17.5mcg molybdenum 23mcg potassium 25mg boron 0.5mg vanadium 50mg glutamine 50mg.

It contains the most important and necessary minerals for the body. The composition and quality are more than wonderful and the size of the package is good
