I am vegan and so it's important to me to find supplements that are too. As far as I could find in 2023, this was the best price I could find for a vegan for of this supplement. I just started taking for my skin and eye health, but I will update with any benefits I notice! The quality seems great, as well, but I don't have anything to compare it to.
