What I like about using a separate K2 versus taking a combo of “D3 and K2” is that this K2 dosage is the daily reco dosage at 100mcg versus a combo where the K2 is usually at a lower dose (usually at only 40mcg) Taking Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2 helps to ensure the calcium transported by the Vitamin D is absorbed by your bones where it's needed, rather than accumulating in deposits in your arteries. couldn't find a better vitamin K2 other than this one. it gives you 100 micrograms of vitamin K2 which is about 83% of your daily needs. just make sure if you are a healthy person to not take more than one capsule per day. our gut bacteria make vitamin k for us when they digest food in our intestines. vitamin k is also fat soluble so our body stores it to be used later when there is a shortage. of course always make sure you consult with your healthcare provider first.
