This is a great supplement. Resveratrol is known as an antioxydant. The only downside to it is that it's somewhat expensive, the serving size is 2 capsules. Be aware that there are other ingredients in this supplements than the trans-resveratrol. You might want to check the list carefully to see if you also want to take them before deciding to buy this.
I purchased this resveratrol because I cannot drink red wine without getting a headache, and I do not wish to drink dark grape juice, which stains my teeth. Because this is a Now brand product, of which I have hundreds, I am confident of its ingredient quality. It does not have an offensive taste, and I like that it is easy on my sensitive stomach.
Works sufficiently. The capsule is large and has a bit more of a taste than another product I previously used. As for the effects, I find them pretty subtle. It has a variety of benefits, but I use it mainly to calm down the effects when I've eaten too much MSG/gultamate. The price is the main reason why I don't use it more often; however, iHerb's price on this product is much lower than I can find locally.
I appreciate that the product is made from natural ingredients and does not contain any harmful chemicals or additives. This was important to me as I try to prioritize my health and wellbeing.
