I have been off spirulina for a time, don't know why it just happened and it was mentioned when i was reading up on muscles rheumatism so I am giving it a go again. Everything to ease the pain. Another thing spirulina does is it takes away your odour, something that can be handy for people who have a pungent body odour
My friend recommends this to me. The quality and ingredient are fine. Size of capsule is fine, too, and the powder does not come out. It's easy to swallow. Overall, the package is fine, though I don't feel anything with taking this spirulina. I'd choose this brand again.
Full of antioxidents, this spirulina helps me feel energetic all day. Better than powder form which is less convenient when in a rush in the morning. Love the now brand!
Spirulina is an amazing superfood. I have noticed that I have a lot more energy since I've been taking this. I also heard that it can help detox heavy metals for the body.
Works enough for supplementation but not sure what effects and benefits are observed after consuming even for extended period of time. Not sure what the superfood and detox effects are but they are not really observed for me. Taste is ok if swallowed with water. Packaging is sufficient/not unnecessarily huge to fit many cabinets.
I read a lot about spruilina and it’s wonder benefits. I had a full blood test before starting the 1 month course and my test turned out not that good, especially my iron level and my energy was really bad I didn’t have the energy to move from my couch. After starting the one month course suddenly my energy boosted my face wasn’t dull and yellow anymore, and what wowed is that it gave me energy so high that went back to the gym and I took my blood tests again and it turned out great.
