I just started using pycnogenol. I’m adding this to my other supplements for skin care I also use pine bark extract which also has pycnogenol in it. You can’t go wrong with Now brands I have so many supplements by Now. Try it.

I took this supplement with NAC and when I do take them together I think they're really effective for endometriosis pain (not a doctor just personal opinion)

I take this to reduce inflammation, especially for asthma. This is the lowest dose I would go, I normally take 100mg to keep things in check
