Great supplement if you do water rettention, look puffy in the morning and have this panda eyes. You need to take two capsules twice a day - the are regular size and easy to swallow. The taste is herbal - nothing uncofortable. After using it for few weeks i do see results. I used to be a glass of wine or cup of tea before sleep kinda girl - and in the morning my face looked like i were a panda. Also, my work is rather sitting down - so watter retention is not unfamiliar to me. Since i take this i feel much less puffy! One of my must repurchased supplement. I started to gain weight during lockdown. 1 week before my menstruation, my stomach and thighs would feel like water balloon. This brand contained really good ingredient quality, i benefit from it, after taking 2 capsules daily for 3 months, ii feel it really help with my water retention. I started to feel a lot less bloating before menstruation. And my legs cellulite reduced which is a bonus for me. Not much taste and capsules are small size so easy to swallow. Do not take this if you are out and do not have toilet access. The pill is in regular size, easy to swallow, pleasant herb smell. It does what it says, removing the excess water in your body. You need to take plenty of water together with the pill ( as recommended in the label ), and the pill will make you to the toilet frequently. So, I don't see the pill helps in making my body weight down but the pill really makes the excess water in your body out. It'll be good for those with morning puffy face.

I started using this product a week ago and i see a little bit different, i always suffered from bloating and fluid so i needed sth to balance this up , the ingredients is benefit for that purpose also the packaging was pretty nice , it doesn’t have a taste ,the size is good for a two capsule a day. Ingredients are mild and subtle. Cheap but excellent quality. Dosages are 2 times daily. Its not a very strong affect to the body, easy to adjust, benefits to the people who gets bloated easily and not damaging to the body. Taste Like rye and wheat on the caps, pills size are a bit big though.

I decided to drink only one pill I’m the morning. And for me it happened to be very nice! First of all, in ~15 minutes I go to the toilet and extra water goes out of my body. I also noticed that my cellulite started to disappear with this capsules. The taste is neutral even despite it contains vita B. If u have a double belly, this product is best to use, i got a lower hanging belly after had ma baby, even aftet losing weight i didnt see much difference but this shrunk the lower belly n also lost 1 kg. For upper belly reduced carb intake! Now belly is in even shape n thts all i need😍
