This is a good quality niacin. I really like the amount of capsules per bottle. I usually take 2 capsules before bed, on an empty stomach, because I like the flush. It's easy to swallow with some water. No weird taste or smell. The capsule size is not too big. The bottle is big and has a screw-on cap. In summary, I like it and would get it again if the price is right.

A lot of niacin products contain 500mg which is too high. It's better to take smaller doses several times a day and this 100mg is perfect for that. And price is unbeatable and I like the fact that it's available in large quantity (240cap) in a bottle, it's a great value.

Won't know if it is helping cholesterol until next blood test. Have enjoyed lifelong low "bad" cholesterol; after a former doctor reduced thyroid meds, cholesterol went over outside value. Read that it could be related so started on this. The "flushing" is real. I take after evening meal to minimize effects. Flushing more pronounced after a light meal but it does pass.
