This product caused me severe diarrhoea and I would never recommend it, even to my worst enemies. The flavour on it is gross and artificial, and the “effects” of this nootropics product are mild at best. There are much better products on the market, that’s for sure.

I have almost always found this product to heighten focus and willingness to train when consumed under the appropriate conditions. However therein lies a challenge. I have found on occasion that taking it has had no impact to my concentration levels, and this is probably because it's being taken under the incorrect conditions; and I'm just not sure what those are.
