I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.

Everyone loved the pasta! Because I can't find any cons. I like that: large volume, no sugar and no additives, not sweet taste, homogeneous consistency, does not freeze in the refrigerator, vegan product (for many this matters) VERY DELICIOUS and hearty.
