I love this preworkout! I saw a tiktok that recommended this as a beginner preworkout. And I was also looking for one that doesn’t give the “tingling” effect. I do feel I can lift heavier and go longer in the gym. 1 scoop is sufficient for me and I feel super energized for a few hours even after my 2hr workout sessions! I love the taste too, doesn’t taste super artificial and smells delicious!
