I've tried alot of brands. Although the dosage varies by brand, I believe Rhodiola is well worth taking. It allows me to deal with whatever the day throws at me in a more relaxed manner. It's difficult to put into words. Everyone should try it for themselves, in my opinion.

Bought a bottle to try and recently my stamina at work gets better, been doing a lot of multitasking at work and this helps me get through the day. I take these to help my mental clarity and energy levels. I have anxiety, depression, and high stress levels. About an hour after taking these I'm suddenly able to function like a normal person. These tablets are easy to swallow, and they don't sit poorly in my stomach.

It works! I notice the improvement in my stamina both mentally and physically. However, it seems that the pills get damp pretty easily. I put it inside my supplement box and it will turn to a darker colour after a few days.
