I've been taking this vitamin C during cold and flu season and have been very pleased with the results. The tablets are easy to take, and the formula includes herbal ingredients, which is a welcome plus. After a few weeks of use, I noticed more energy and my body was able to cope better with stress. I also liked that it didn't irritate my stomach, as can sometimes happen with other vitamin C products. I felt more energetic while taking it, and I recovered more quickly during cold and flu season. This is a high-quality and effective supplement that I'll be buying again.

I take one pill after every meal. I also take a multivitamin and Omega-3 along with it. I plan to take Vitamin C every day for the rest of my life. I am satisfied.

Not for me

I don't think I can fault the manufacturer because I probably didn't read the description carefully enough. These are hard tablets that are very large and hard to swallow. I typically look for soft-gels because dense tablets don't digest well and much of the product just goes through the digestive tract unabsorbed.
