Sedative

For good sleep, you need to drink it two hours beforehand. I don't drink it in the morning or I'll be tired. It really does calm me down. The packaging is large and the ingredients are well-chosen. You don't need to buy all those ingredients separately.

forgot about leg cramps

I order for the third time. I feel the benefits - first of all, my legs stopped cramping in the evening. Maybe there is some kind of calming effect. Life is confusing, it's hard to compare.

It's a bit difficult to take 6 capsules a day.

I think I see a pretty calming effect. But the product colors the urine in a phosphorescent yellow. Because of the vitamin B. And also a bit of an unpleasant smell in the urine for those who are sensitive.

Superior quality and many benefits. The size of the pills is perfect, and their composition of ingredients and dosage are just right. No taste.
