I’ve done some research and realized that other brands dosage may be a bit too high. This is slightly lower and in spite of this, I still only take it once or twice a week. My period cycle is a bit too long and I’ve been working to shorten it. Hopefully this will work on me.

The quality was excellent. For my age it was appropriate to drink. The packaging was also good. I saw the benefits and improvements after drinking it for 2 weeks. The taste was also okay. It is the only supplements and med that I am taking to support my diet and hormones.
