My naturopath told me to take 1.5% - i.e. 15 ml rather than what is written on the product. Solgar is one of the main brands I use as they are of very high quality. This product is no exception. The best thing about this product was that its color and taste was the same as some drops my mother gave me when I was a little girl. I couldn't wait for her to drop it in my mouth. Every day when I take this Solgar B12, I am whisked back to my childhood! I HIGHLY recommend this product!
Love this product. Always keep one in the fridge. It's a great supplement, even if you're not a vegetarian, most likely you're not getting enough of the b12 vitamin that you should. Having it daily keeps the energy levels up and makes sure you function well (nervous system, metabolism..they're all affected by b12).
This is really good product with different types of vitamin B in one product. Bottle is big enough for long time use, and can be used for many conditions. I reallly like that it contains 2000 mcg, because it is not too much for daily use, but it is right enough to see a difference in your health condition.

very well made high quality, ingredient is pure gmp liquid, there is no niacin flush, very good for nervous system, the potency is well balanced the b complex is good for your metabolism, it tastes great, the size of dose is very easy to dispense, the package is a small bottle, B complex is very important for energy
Took me bit to get use to the flavour of this liquid B-12, however it’s grown on me. Definitely not the worst tasting supplement I’ve ever had. If found this product to be reasonably potent. It’s effective and the gold packaging makes it easy to see and therefore remember to take.
I’ve been using this product for years. It helps a lot with fatigue due to mental stress. It has a LOT of B12 so I take it 1-3x per week. Also has the other B vitamins at a more moderate level. This seems like a great way to take it… a big dropperful Uber my tongue and holding it there as long as I can… this is a main place B12 is absorbed.
Excellent form of B12in form of drops, nice package very firmly sealed. It helps with nervous system especially for people with seizures. Also helps with and kind of tiredness. In size its amazing, and about ingredients, contains niacin and folic acid which is really amazing to have such supplements all in one product. Taste is good.
This is just the best b12 - I dont know why but it works better than any of the others. The brand is best value for size and the dr said its the perfect dosage and potency. The taste is great and the benefit of quality ingredients means I fhave energy and know my nervous system is good.
I decided to give a different vitamin B brand a try! I read all the reviews and decided to purchase this for use especially during brain fog and high stress schedules, I noticed a difference immediately on my mood and stamina! I’m going to stick to this one for sure!
I have been using this for over a year now. Nice flavor. Simply place under the tongue. No worry about stomach upset I sometimes get with vitamin pills. Gives me assurance I am getting enough B vitamins. I have tried several other brands. So far this one is the best.
