Easy to chew, good tasting (as the 3 bears parable goes, Not too sweet, not to tart, but "just right") I can take these with ease and very much was attracted to them because they contain some allergin ambrosia or ragweed which goes a long way helping me during ragweed season which I suffer every year most of the year.
