Idk if I'd buy these at the regular price, but that's just because you only get 60 softgels. That being said, I FAR prefer soft gels to capsules because I take so many supplements daily. Soft-gels are smaller and a more 'those went down well' shape as opposed to caps. Since I take 200mg of CoQ10 a day, these will last me for 60 days, so maybe I will buy them again.
Coenzyme Q10 is a supplement that I have been taking for a few months now, and I have noticed a positive difference in my energy levels and overall wellbeing. I was initially recommended this supplement by my doctor as a way to support my heart health and improve my energy levels. Since starting to take Coenzyme Q10, I have noticed that I have more sustained energy throughout the day, which has been especially helpful during long workdays or busy weekends. I have also noticed that my recovery time after exercise has improved, which has allowed me to push myself a little harder during my workouts. Overall, I am very pleased with Coenzyme Q10 as a supplement and would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a natural way to support their heart health and energy levels. The only reason I am giving this supplement 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be a little pricey compared to other supplements on the market, but in my opinion, it's worth the investment for the benefits I have experienced.
Appears to be quality ingredients at a decent price. I usually buy California Gold but it was out of stock. I prefer the softgels for bioavailability. COQ10 declines with age and is critical for mitochondrial function and therefore energy and vitality. My system has been compromised by hyper-toxicity, so this is an important supplement for me.
Quality and pure ingredients are important to me in buying supplements. The "other ingredients" in the CoQ 10 are natural and there is no "magnesium stearate" in the product. If you're taking any type of statin (natural or pharmaceutical) you need to take this supplement, it will benefit you. Read up on CoQ 10 and how statin drugs effect deplete it.
This seems to be a good quality product. My doctor says that research exists that shows that CoQ10 can help to relieve nausea. I did NOT notice a taste with this product. It is in a quality package, as well. I don't know if this actually helps with my nausea or not, but when you have Gastroparesis; you'll try anything! So far, so good 👍!!!!!
