re-purchasing. good value for price. but when we take the entire dose at once, constipation happens sometimes. its better when we separate the two gels to take with two separate meals.

As far as I can tell this Calcium is fine. I am now getting a Calcium w/o the D3 and I am taking a different brand that the bottle has a seal of pharmacy approval on it. This one does not so that is why I give it 3 stars -- I don't know what is really in it.

The product is affordable but in my body the effect not really much.. because sometime I have pain in my leg then i take 2 softgels and not really effect.. the Size of the soft gel is quite big
