Many multivitamins (and some other B12's, or B multis) can contain a cheaper manufactured form of cobalamin called: cyanocobalamin. Unfortunately, cyanocobalamin has a cyanide atom bonded to the central cobalt of the corrin ring of B12. That cyanide atom has to be removed and 'detoxed' (usually in the liver) by replacing it with a methyl group (or, in the bioactive mitochondrial form, an adenosyl group). Many people have problems with methylation processes i.e. transferring methyl groups onto molecules (for example, people with the MTHFR defect and its various SNPs). However, Superior Source methylcobalamin already has a methyl group correctly attached, and thus is already bioactive and overcomes the problems some people have in transforming cyanocobalamin to methylcobalamin. My wife and I have been using this brand and dose for a long time and are very happy with the results: confirmed with excellent blood B12 levels. Vitamin B12 is the only B vitamin to be stored in the body, and a deficiency of this vitamin can lead to a very wide range of disease states, the latter stage of which is Subacute Combined Degeneration of the Spinal Cord (which affects the dorsal columns tracts of the spinal cord). You do NOT want to get B12-deficiency illness/es(!) and B12 supplementation is relatively cheap. These sublingual tabs dissolve under the tongue, are very small, and taste fine. I take one a day, but check with your professional medical practitioner for your personal needs, and ideally it's a good idea to check/track the blood levels of B12 too. Hope this info helps :)
The product has good quality with its ingredient being excellent having relatively tasteless characteristics, and it dissolves very easily, quickly under tongue. I like it very much also since it is efficient and does need further physiological processing compared with the cyanocobalamin. The product size is small enough having sufficient amount tablets. Its size is great also since it is easy to carry with you while being traveling for a longer time.
My husband and I take this B12 everyday. Doctor said my husband needed to take B12 according to blood work. My husband has been taking this for several months and blood work results are good. I reorder this B12 when supply gets low. Tiny tablet dissolves instantly and tastes slightly sweet. Doctor prescribed 1000 mcg dose.
Very small pill that easily dissolves away. I have found it gives me a small boost of energy, whereas with the previous brand I was using I felt nothing much. Only 2 other non active ingredients - fantastic! Bottle is small but is 1/4 full so it would be great if they offered more than 60 tablets.

Good quality product! The ingredients have folic acid that helps with metabolism, energy level, stabilizing nervous system. The pills are super small size in a little package. The potency is high and I will stop as soon as I get pregnant. The effect is great, tastes good too!
Very convenient size of the tablet but I feel that I can only see the effect of it when I start taking it in the first week and then it's sort of plateau.
