honestly, I already take [Natrol] 5 mg. melatonin each night. I've tried this a few times and, frankly, I have not noticed any appreciable difference, both in sleep duration and speed of delivery But, I figure let's try it and see where it takes me.

not sure what the complaints about the taste are I personally found it not the best but definitely not to the point I wouldn't take it. as for the effect I felt very relaxed and comfortable (kinda like when you get a massage when your already tired) about 10 mins after dissolving user the tongue and had good sleep as a result. will buy again.
