Excellent product and makes a great effect. Sucks a bit that it's a lot of pills not fun to drink like that in one go. But other than that everything is fine there is no overkill. In terms of training results I have not used that many times but at times since it did feel much better

When you have very hard workout ANIMAL PAK, when you on diet ANIMAL PAK, when you looking for only benefits ANIMAL PAK. Small size package with pills are very comfortable wherever you are. The classics. REALLY useful pack of vitamins if you do intensive sports. Personally prepearing for marathon, and can say that i can feel that recovery with those is MUCH more faster than without, even when using half-pack. Note: only use after eating, do not use alone, really important! Start with half dosage (one pack) to test how do you feel, because can cause different unpleasant things.
