Great quality although the aroma reminds me of a dark roast or something beyond medium. The beans are not oily so I imagine the shelf life is longer then normal.

I think the finish is about city roast, not too shallow and not too deep. It is delicious with the aroma of carefully roasted beans and the umami of beans. I also tried Julian's breakfast blend / medium roast of the same brand, but I felt that it was roasted one step deeper than this Rock & Dam 11.
