This is a good zinc supplement, but I'm deducting a star as they didn't include even a small amount of copper. As most health experts will tell you, an increase in zinc could cause a copper deficiency, and as such, you should add a copper supplement if you take this zinc product.

Useful, plant based form of zinc. Immune boost and prostrate health in one a day pill. Been using 6months

Works as described but sometimes my body doesn’t absorb it well after taking it.

Necessary, however had unnecessary extra ingredients. Be sure to take copper separately, as zinc and copper deplete each other when taken in isolation.
