Calcium is essential for both adults and children. Adults need it in the right form, as they need to protect their blood vessels from excess accumulation, and their bones require it. This means supplementing with nattokinase and Vitamin K2, but discuss this with a competent doctor, as most people rely on outdated protocols and don't make much progress, scoffing at dietary supplements. Age doesn't matter; sometimes an elderly person is very sensible, while a young person isn't.

I chose this calcium supplement from Vitacost because of the convenient dosage and the good price-to-capsule ratio. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I didn't notice any off-flavor or unpleasant aftertaste. The bottle is compact, and the lid closes securely. I really liked the price. Overall, I liked the product and am happy with my purchase.

My daughter was prescribed calcium supplements by an orthopedist who prescribed it to her because she wears braces. We decided to order them from iHerb right away. I was very pleased with the quality and price, and I'm grateful to the manufacturer for that!
