I love it. I can not eat the capsule as per the suggestion because i think it’s to much 6 capsules, twice a day, i just can’t. I ate 2 capsules after every meals, n i got instant result, my skin is more hydrated. My hand is really dry because of hand sanitizer n soap, after taking this capsules, i can say bye2 dry skin… Im waiting for it to affect to my hair fall condition.

I have used this brand of collagen for some time now & I absolutely love it, I recommend it to anyone who is looking for it, it is a bit more expensive then some of the other brands but it works so I don't mind, my hair dresser even complimented how much new hair growth I had even having had a baby 12months prior and I absolutely believe this had alot to do with that. I love that U get so many capsules and I try to keep it stocked up because they are so popular. Received my last bottle a week ago and will be purchasing another couple this week. I decided to start taking collagen because I was losing my hair at a fast rate. I started seeing change within a week of taking this product. I had less hair falling off when I showered, and less hair falling off when I brushed my hair. My baby hair was noticiably longer! I couldn't believe how fast I saw the change.

Started taking this 2 wks ago so it is too early to give any feedback on results. If you have problems with swallowing big capsules, 6 daily may be a nightmare for you. I have no problem with big capsules but even I struggled with taking this sometimes. I love this collagen because you don't get weird after taste or even if you burp after taking it.

The capsules is very easy to take compared to powder form which you have to mix with a suitable drink. Only took 6 a day, 2 at a time, as taking 12 seems too many for me to take in a day.
